Me Records LLC.

Ownership: Artist gains full master ownership. Producer retains writer’s share and publishing split.
Credit: Must appear as 'Produced by Louie V, Till The Death Of Me Records LLC'.
Splits:
- Producer: 50% publishing & writer’s share of the composition.

3. Custom Beat Production Agreement
This agreement covers the creation of a custom beat for the Artist by Louie V of Till The Death Of Me
Records LLC.
